Register of Government Contracts

The Government Information Public Access Act 2009 (NSW) requires that CRIA maintain a contracts register that records details of certain contracts entered into with the private sector with a value of $150,000 or more (“class 1 and 2 contracts”).  In addition, we are required to provide copies of certain contracts with a value of $5 million or more (“class 3 contracts”). 

CRIA is not required to disclose in its contracts register commercial-in-confidence provision of a contract, details of an unsuccessful tender or any information where there is an overriding public interest against disclosure.

Details of class 1, 2 and 3 contracts (including copies of class 3 contracts) are available on our website by clicking on the links below.  We are however in the process of also making this information available on the NSW Government eTendering website.

The Operations and Maintenance Deed was amended on 21 June 2011 to allow for certain approved early procurements.  The amendments concern provisions that are commercial in confidence.
